Mental Rehearsal at the alpha brainwave level makes learning faster and easier
Neil Nayyar of Elk Grove, California, was just 6 years old when he attended a Silva UltraMind ESP System seminar with his parents in 2012. They had a dream, and within 5 years that dream came true when Neil set the Assist Foundation’s world record for being the youngest person to proficiently play the highest number of musical instruments.
After he completed the UltraMind seminar, his Instructor, Katherine Sandusky, gave him a recording of the Silva Centering Exercise. He used the recording to guide him to level where he could use Mental Rehearsal to rehearse and learn new instruments mentally, and visualize his goals.
According to the Assist World Records Foundation, Neil demonstrated his ability to play “44 World Wide musical instruments like Chinese Guzheng, Pan Flute, Piano, Saraswati Veena, American Indian Flute, Bulbul Tarang, Clarinet, Ukulele, Bansuri, African Djembe, Australian Didgeridoo, Mandolin, Harmonica Diatonic, Harp etc.”
Neil said he plans to become a “composer, author, educator, or music director” when he grows up.
